Recruitment Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Search, including C-level roles.
International Recruitment: - Proven experience in international Executive Search.
Leadership Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team leadership, hiring and onboarding recruiters, and regular one-on-one meetings.
Market Mapping: - Strong expertise in market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Process Building: - Experience in building and implementing Executive Search processes and technologies within a company, including standardization of approaches, tools, and methodologies.
Data-Driven Approach: - Ability to work with metrics, analytics, and reporting.
Language Skills: - English - B2+, Russian - C1+
